The MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES make history by becoming the second No. 8 seed team in NBA history to eliminate a No. 1 seed in a best-of-seven series by defeating the San Antonio Spurs 4 games to 2. It's also their first win in a playoff series. We know this is not comic/art/graphic novel related but 4 of the 6 DRS staffers are Grizzlies fans!!!!

We know it's a little early but the Memphis Comic and Fantasy Convention is back in 2011! It's going down at the University of Memphis campus October 14-16. We haven't acquired a table yet but we will. GUARANTEED!!!!

Last year we participated the Memphis Comic and Fantasy Convention at the Cook Convention Center. It was great! People seemed to be really interested in what we had to offer and that meant a lot coming from our home town folk. Thanks for the love MEMPHIS!!! See ya' next year!

Last September we traveled to Nashville for the Nashville Comic Con at the Music Valley Event Center. This was our first convention! Thank you to everyone who came out and showed us some love. We had a fun time and we hope to be up there again real soon.
